"Our organization has experienced exponential growth over the last few years. The majority share of this expansion is a direct impact of the concerted approach we take to develop our people and to create a service-leadership mentality. While we host several conferences for our employees annually, we hold two core leadership conferences for our top 200+ sales, marketing and operations leaders each year. We have brought in great individuals for these events, such as Wayne Gretzky, Colin Powell, Michael Strahan and many more. We are always searching for innovative ways to push the boundaries and unearth the seeds of greatness within our people. 

Last year we asked Tosh to assemble a diverse team of high performers to create a life-changing experience that would take our leaders to new heights and explore the boundaries of possibility. Words cannot begin to express how effective this experience was for our leadership group. This singular event, hosted in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, impacted individuals in a way I had not imagined possible. We are proud and honored to have had the Crooked Butterfly experience and look forward to the future together."
